The Possum Patch – Pialligo Estate
Our mission is to give children and their families the opportunity to connect with the land and learn about the origins of their food through a ‘paddock to plate’ philosophy. We hope to inspire children to learn more about cooking healthy food and immersing themselves in the world of using fresh, natural produce for a range of purposes. Children will pick their own fruit and vegetables from our Market Gardens and Orchards, then cook with the produce in the kitchen – learning cooking techniques, kitchen safety and healthy food.
