High Tea Crown Towers/Art Gallery of Western Australia/Perth Mint tour

Your afternoon commences with a high tea at the spectacular Crown Towers.

A coach will then transfer you to the Art Gallery of Western Australia for a private tour which will focus on the State Art Collection, which includes one of the world’s finest collections of Indigenous art, the pre-eminent collection of Western Australian art and design, as well as Australian and International art and design.

The afternoon will conclude with a visit to the famous Perth mint for a 1-hour tour involving an Historical Talk, viewing of the Exhibition (see the largest gold coin in the world worth over 60 million, touch gold worth 650 k, see your weight in gold on our special scales or mint your own customised medallion while you wait) and a Live Gold Pour in the melt house.

We have organised a special adventure for you – your adventure will include a ferry/coach transport, lunch at one of Perth’s famous Winery’s and a gallery viewing which specialises in contemporary painting, sculpture and Aboriginal Art.

Fremantle Walking Tour and Lunch

10:00am-12:00pm

Slip on your walking shoes and join us for a 2-hour walking tour (with frequent stops along the way!) commences at the Fremantle Town Hall and winds its way through Fremantle, which is renowned for its well-preserved architectural heritage, including convict built colonial era buildings and one of the most notorious prisons in the British Empire, the World Heritage Listed Fremantle Prison.

 

On conclusion of the walking tour, sit back and enjoy lunch at Char Char Restaurant, which is an award-winning Fremantle Restaurant, overlooking the water in Fishing Boat Harbour.
